Two years into her second term in internal sales, Sue realised how much she missed being out and about on the road and decided to become White Knight’s 14th franchisee and, more importantly, the company’s first female franchisee!

Covering Basingstoke, Camberley, Farnham and as far south as Chichester, Sue spends a lot of time in her White Knight-branded van familiarizing herself with the area. Her day starts early to avoid rush-hour traffic as much as possible, although she realises some of her customers are not early birds and is very flexible with her collection and delivering times!

Sue had the advantage of already knowing her way around most of the area from her time as a service representative working from the Reading laundry. She feels that, as a female franchisee, she can offer a home laundry and dry cleaning service that people, especially women living on their own, feel more comfortable with.

Sue aims to develop a dry cleaning and laundry service for offices, after having set up a similar service for a well-established insurance firm in Reading during her days in sales.
Sue lives in Caversham and when not on her territory, enjoys walking her dog and taking Spanish lessons at night school!
