Steve lives with Nikki and their 4-year-old daughter, Molly. Now, Nikki just happens to be the Customer Services Manager for White Knight at the Woking laundry and knew all about the Franchise business opportunities available. Some difficult decisions had to be made but with good advice, and knowing the full commitment of White Knight to this scheme, things moved on at a pace.

His background has made Steve very comfortable with the public.

“I just love meeting all kinds of people”, he says. “Recently, I was talking to a lady customer in her nineties, and was amazed to find we shared the same views on Guildford City Centre development!”

Building a customer base will come very naturally to Steve and doubtless we are in for a few anecdotes!

Several months into the business and there are no regrets.

It is hard work setting up a new business but amazingly Steve has found more time for his family Nikki and Molly; but then hard work is not new to Steve!
