Being the methodical person that he is, research
at the Franchise Show in Wembley this year seemed to be a good way
to untangle the true/false puzzle about owning your own franchise
business. When just about to leave, and convinced that the common
carpet cleaning market and similar franchises were saturated, Bryan
spotted the White Knight stand and spoke to Robert Adams and Andy
Marsh.
Now here was something different. Bryan’s checklist included
a strong brand name, low set up and overhead costs, an immediate
income stream and a realistic opportunity to grow the business…and
there it was!
It is now several months into the franchise and the Kingston Business
is growing. Bryan commented; “Personal Laundry and Dry Cleaning
Services seemed to go out of fashion some years ago. I remember
my Mum getting the box ready each week. Now a real revival in door-to-door
services is happening.
People really need this and I can grow my business at the rate
I want to. There is so much opportunity and I am really looking
forward to the future”
