Bad weather affects road network and White Knight Services

Business and Rental services :-
Many thanks to all our business customers who have appreciated the problems the snow has given us this week and who have worked with us to get through this difficult time. Between our two laundries on Monday2nd Feb we had to cancel 85% of calls. Both laundries have run extra services and will have caught up with all arrears on Friday 6th Feb. Please accept our apologies to those that have been affected; we have done everything we can to service as many customers as possible and hopefully if the snow does not disrupt the road network too much more our normal service will continue.
Domestic door2door services :-
Many thanks to all our domestic door2door customers who have appreciated the problems the snow has given us this week. On Monday we had 85% of calls cancelled, Tuesday 21%, Wednesday back to normal and Thursday with the renewed snow in the west we had 14% of calls cancelled. Accept our apologies to those that have been affected; we are doing everything we can to service as many customers as possible and hopefully if the snow does not disrupt the road network too much more our normal service will continue.
