The event, aptly called Boobs and Balls, was organised by Hardcore Fitness and hosted by Reading´s Loddon Valley Leisure Centre. Class fitness instructors wore specially printed Boobs and Balls tee shirts - pink for the ladies, yellow for the men - supplied by White Knight.
Throughout the day, men and women of all ages took part in an array of group exercise classes like spinning, body pump and body step in aid of the cancer charities. The event was a huge success with thousands of calories burned and over £1000 raised on the day.
Chris Williams, National Sales Manager for White Knight, says "When we saw the event being promoted, we thought it would be great for us to take part. White Knight is a family-run business and is always keen to be involved in a community event, especially one that is raising money for such a worthy cause."
Gareth Nock, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for Hardcore Fitness, says, "The response to the day was overwhelming and we are grateful to White Knight for providing the t-shirts, which made the day even more colourful!"
