Wayne Gaff bought into the White Knight door2doorFranchise business after hearing about the opportunity from his mother who had previously worked for the customer service team in Woking. Being young and single, in his early 30s, he felt it was time to build a future and drive for himself. He already knew of White Knight and so Wayne felt confident to step out on his own.

One of the problems facing Wayne was the lack of knowledge of his new territory. The area is Richmond, Streatham, Putney, Staines and more. Even a London Cabby with a reputation for side street knowledge, would take years to learn these streets and back doubles. What a nightmare. An immediate investment for Wayne has been a Global Positioning System (GPS) with hands-free cab operation.
