Mike Sadler – Reading Franchise

Mike was the second person to take up the White Knight Personal Dry Cleaning and Laundry franchise opportunity earlier this year.

Mike had spent 23 years as Transport Manager for the company before their decision to establish an independent delivery franchises. If anyone knew the ropes it had to be Mike.
 
Now Mike has the Reading area, close to where he lives. “There are some customers that recognise me from 20 years ago” he says. “The trust is there and I know I can build on that.”

He surprised a few people back at the office when he took up the challenge. Married, with 4 grandchildren, Mike thought it was time to get back to what he knows best; being on the route and seeing the customers face to face.

“Every time I collect a box of laundry from a customer, I think in terms of growing the business and building up my reputation. It’s all very straight forward really; but you have to enjoy talking to people.”
