Adam Lanceman - Croydon Franchise

Adam, joined White Knight door2door as the 15th Franchisee in November 2004 to service the areas of Croydon, Dorking, Redhill and Reigate with door2door laundry and dry cleaning service.

Prior to purchasing the franchise, Adam spent a year travelling in the Middle East and North Africa and was working most recently as Customer Service Manager at a solar energy company in Woking.

Adam got to know White Knight while temping in the company’s Customer Service department at the Woking site. Adam’s key motivation for purchasing the franchise was the desire to run his own business supported by a company that he knew he could rely on.

The first two weeks in the franchise were spent with a White Knight trainer getting to know the new area. The other trusted help in the getting-familiar exercise was, what is now, a very battered A-Z!

Adam’s goal is to offer a flexible, friendly service tailored to meet his customers’ requirements. Adam lives in Woking. In his spare time he enjoys playing football and badminton. He also hopes to take more flying lessons when the business allows him to!
